Phil has more than 30 years of accounting experience in the oil and gas industry, most recently as Controller at Cathexis Oil and Gas. His previous positions include Offshore Controller, Manager of Financial Reporting and Manager of Revenue Accounting at SandRidge Energy/Dynamic Offshore Resources. Previously, Phil held various senior accounting management positions with Union Texas Petroleum Corporation and Hewlett Packard Company. He has a Bachelor’s in accounting from the University of Houston and is a Certified Public Accountant. Phil is a member of the AICPA and the Texas Society of CPAs.

With more than 25 years in the Human Resources field, Patty has served in her current position as Manager of Human Resources for Enerfin Resources Company since 2007. Prior to joining Enerfin, Patty served as Director of Human Resources for a senior assisted living company for nine years and was appointed to the organization’s senior management team. Over the course of her career, she has overseen functions that include employment relations, recruiting, training and benefits. Patty is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management and the Natural Gas Gathering & Processing Industry Group.

Jennifer joined Enerfin in 2011 and has served the company in various senior roles within the Gas Accounting, Contracts Management & Administration and Gas Acquisitions groups, with a recent promotion in August 2021 into her current management position. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting form Sam Houston State University.
