Manager-ROW Acquisitions and Land

Will be responsible for managing and coordinating the purchase of right-of-way easements for new pipeline installation projects and purchase (or lease) surface sites for new compression, measurement, cathodic protection, processing and gas treating projects as well as oversee ROW duties associated with maintaining existing pipeline easements. Reviews, prepares, analyzes, and interprets land and right-of-way related agreements, deeds, easements, leases, permits and licenses. Serves as liason between internal departments, developers, cities, counties, etc., in support of right-of-way activities. Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
